EduCampus Client Service Reviews to begin in June 2020

EduCampus staff will begin the Client Service Reviews 2020 with Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology on June 25th. Conducting these reviews is a valuable element of the EduCampus service, as it is an opportunity for us to gain feedback, give our client community insight into our ongoing developments and provide updates on any upcoming strategic upgrades that are on the horizon.

While we recognise the value of these meetings being conducted face to face, given the unknown circumstances surrounding COVID-19, this year we have offered that the reviews are conducted remotely via video conferencing. As none of us can predict when we will be able to conduct our business as usual, we feel this is an important alternative to put in place, in order for us to maintain our level of customer service, while at the same time, keeping our teams safe and healthy.
