The event was a lively, informal and interactive session, which stimulated a lot of discussion and information exchange among the sector.
Parchment was represented by their Customer Success Manager, Claire Mortimore.
Claire provided a comprehensive presentation that included the following topics:
- company updates and rebranding
- recap on recent product updates such as security, event auditing
- reminder on existing features such as notifications, Bulk share
- future product updates
- support best practices – including the future move to Salesforces ticketing system
- suggested videos
- Analytics and reporting
Later in the morning, a session occurred where valuable feedback was returned from the group, with suggestions for product enhancements and improving Learner engagement, which Parchment noted.
After a networking lunch together, Claire resumed presenting on analysis of the functionality usage, and then a demonstration of the Smart-Merge facility.
Altogether, an enjoyable and engaging group meeting on the day. More events to follow in 2025.
